Thank you for shopping at Petzoriva! We are committed to processing and delivering your high-quality pet products accurately, in excellent condition, and within our stated timeframes across the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are handled, verified, and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Our processing centers are closed on weekends and major public holidays. Orders placed during weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframe

To keep checkout simple and transparent, we provide Free Standard Shipping storewide across the United States with no minimum purchase required.

  • Shipping Destination: United States Addresses Only (Domestic Shipping)
  • Shipping Fee: FREE (Standard Shipping)
  • Delivery Time (Transit Time): 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please Note: Delivery timeframes refer strictly to business days and do not include weekends or federal holidays. Shipping times are realistic estimates and can occasionally vary due to external carrier backlogs, seasonal high shipping volumes, severe weather anomalies, or incorrect address submissions.

3. Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST) on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders finalized before 5:00 PM will enter our fulfillment processing queue on the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Shipping Locations

Petzoriva currently ships strictly to continental residential and business addresses within the United States. At this moment, we do not support or offer international shipping, overseas tracking, or delivery to military/territorial forwarders outside the USA.

5. Our Shipping Carrier Networks

To guarantee that your order arrives safely, we partner with premier domestic shipping networks, including:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • FedEx
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • UniUNI (where localized network tracking is available)

Carrier selection is determined automatically at fulfillment based on package weight, product size, and your specific geographic zip code.

6. Tracking Information

When your package is dispatched, your tracking number is delivered directly to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier's database to scan and update the initial tracking history online.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers hold sole responsibility for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address during the checkout flow. Petzoriva is not liable for package losses, shipping re-routing fees, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address inputs.

8. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives physically damaged or is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, please alert our customer service desk within 48 hours of delivery. Please hold onto all original external boxes and packaging layers, and provide clear photos of the damage so we can file an official carrier claim and resolve the issue quickly.
