Petzoriva is proudly based and operated within the United States. Our main operational headquarters and mailing address is located at 327 E Railway Ave, Paterson, NJ 07503, United States.

3. How long do order processing and shipping take?
Order Processing: All orders are packed and prepared for transit within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit/Shipping Time: Delivery across the United States typically takes 7–12 business days following processing. You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your parcel ships out.
4. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping storewide on all orders delivered within the United States, with absolutely no minimum cart value or hidden fees required.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer an accommodating 30-day return policy from your package delivery date. Items must remain completely unused, unwashed, and returned inside their original manufacturer packaging with tags intact. At this moment, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not support international delivery routes, but we look forward to expanding our delivery horizons in the future.
